MC Eye Center & Optical serves patients without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, or religion.
Language assistance
Dr. Pham speaks English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, so patients can describe symptoms and ask questions in the language they are most comfortable using. If you need care in another language, call the office before your visit and we will discuss how to help.
Assistance during your visit
Tell us when you schedule if you need help with mobility, communication, or completing paperwork, and our team will plan for it.
Concerns
If you believe you were treated unfairly, call the office and ask to speak with our team. We take these concerns seriously and would rather hear from you directly.
